Every single resource and tool provided here can be beneficial to your population as well.  In fact, about 40% of the athletes I work with are adult gen. pop.  If you're curious how the recommendations may change for your rehabber that is post-menopausal, or pre-diabetic, or has a unique concern, that is a great conversation to have during office hours.

most of my rehabbers are adult gen. pop.  What are your thoughts?

When I connect with practitioner’s about their athletes, I’m typically:
  • Problem-solving troubling nutrition beliefs. (Like the athletes that tell you they won’t drink Gatorade because of the sugar and artificial dyes.)
  • Coming up with a priority of importance for the athlete that isn’t progressing.
  • Sharing ideas for your athlete with food insecurity, or the one that won’t eat dairy, or the one that is super picky and refuses to eat before rehab.
